What the message limit means
The free plan counts your messages, not ours — 100 of them per calendar month, reset on the 1st. Replies from SkyOS, retries of a failed answer, and anything SkyOS writes to memory on its own are not counted. When you reach the limit, SkyOS tells you and stops replying until the month turns over. Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked: your chats, projects and memory notes stay exactly where they are, and you can still read them.
What "fair use" means on SkyOS+
There is no counter on SkyOS+ and we do not intend to add one. The limit exists for one case only: automated or resold use — scripts, bots, or one account serving many people. If your usage looks like that, we will write to you before we do anything, and you will have the chance to explain or stop. Ordinary personal use, however heavy, is not what this is aimed at.
Taxes
$15 is the price before any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you live. If tax applies to your purchase it is added at checkout and shown before you confirm.
Changing or cancelling
Once billing is live, SkyOS+ is month to month. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and you keep SkyOS+ until the end of the month you already paid for — cancelling does not cut you off mid-cycle. After that you return to the free plan. Your chats, projects and memory notes are not deleted when you downgrade; the message limit and feature limits simply apply again.

Price changes
If the price of SkyOS+ changes, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it affects you, and the new price only applies from your next renewal. You can cancel before then and pay nothing more.
